On August 10th, Entre Hermanos had the honor of participating in one of Seattle’s most anticipated celebrations of queer joy: Leo Party 2025, hosted at the iconic Neighbours Nightclub. This year marked the 22nd edition of Leo Party, and it was nothing short of electric.
El pasado 10 de agosto, Entre Hermanos tuvo el honor de participar en una de las celebraciones más esperadas del orgullo queer en Seattle: Leo Party 2025, celebrada en el icónico Neighbours Nightclub.
Este año marcó la 22ª edición de Leo Party —y no fue nada menos que espectacular.
This night was more than a party—it was a full-circle moment. In it’s early years, Entre Hermanos hosted Latino Nights at the very same Neighbours Nightclub to raise funds and build visibility for the LGBTQ+ Latine community. Over two decades later, that same spirit of celebration, pride, and solidarity was alive and thriving. The dance floor pulsed with energy as more than 350 people showed up loud and proud to celebrate identity and support our mission.
Esta noche fue mucho más que una fiesta—fue un momento de círculo completo. En sus primeros años, Entre Hermanos organizaba una fiesta de baile, Noche Latina, en Neighbours para recaudar fondos y dar visibilidad a la comunidad lgtbq+ latine. Más de dos décadas después, ese mismo espíritu de celebración, orgullo y solidaridad sigue más vivo que nunca.
La pista de baile vibraba con energía mientras más de 350 personas llegaron con fuerza, orgullo y alegría para celebrar la identidad y apoyar nuestra misión.
We’re immensely grateful to Joe Torres, founder of the Leo Foundation, and the one and only Aleksa Manila for creating and sustaining this space for queer joy, resilience, and mutual aid. For over two decades, they have dedicated their time, talent, and hearts to ensuring that this event uplifts the voices and needs of the community.
Entre Hermanos is honored to have been selected as a beneficiary of Leo Party for five consecutive years. The legacy of community and acceptance that Joe and Aleksa have cultivated is deeply felt, and Entre Hermanos is proud to be a part of it.
Entre Hermanos esta profundamente agradecido con Joe Torres, fundador de la Leo Foundation, y la incomparable Aleksa Manila, por crear y sostener este espacio donde florece la alegría queer, la resiliencia y la ayuda mutua.
Durante más de 20 años, han dedicado su tiempo, talento y corazón para asegurarse de que este evento eleve las voces y necesidades de la comunidad.
Entre Hermanos se siente honrado de haber sido beneficiarie de Leo Party por cinco años consecutivos. El legado de comunidad y aceptación que Joe y Aleksa han cultivado se siente profundamente, y es un orgullo ser parte de él.
The party’s theme embraced the bold, confident spirit of Leo season. The venue dazzled with glitz, diamonds, and lion motifs, setting the stage for a night of pure spectacle and pride. The dance floor pulsed with over 350 attendees, coming together to celebrate identity and raise funds for Entre Hermanos’ programs.
Throughout the night, Entre Hermanos’ team got to connected with long-time supporters and meet new faces. Some who were just learning about our work, and many who have received services through our programs. Our community was vibrant, visible, and united.
Este año, el tema de la fiesta abrazó el espíritu audaz y confiado de la temporada Leo.
El lugar brillaba con lujo, diamantes y motivos de leones dorados, creando el escenario perfecto para una noche de puro espectáculo y orgullo.
La pista estalló con más de 350 asistentes, todes unides para celebrar la identidad y recaudar fondos para los programas de Entre Hermanos.
A lo largo de la noche, nos reencontramos con amigues de siempre y conocimos nuevas caras: personas que apenas descubrían nuestro trabajo y otras que han recibido servicios a través de nuestros programas.
Nuestra comunidad estaba vibrante, visible y unida.
The performances were nothing short of legendary.
Anetra, finalist from RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 15, brought unmatched charisma, stunts, and power to the stage—leaving the crowd in awe and the room electric.
Alongside her, an all-star lineup of local drag royalty delivered show-stopping numbers and unapologetic flair, including:
- Atasha Manila
- Gaysha Starr
- Amora Namor
- Delulu Lemon
- And so many more artists who made the night shine
A heartfelt shoutout to the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, who helped raise funds through raffle sales and added their signature sparkle to the evening.
Las presentaciones fueron, sin exagerar, legendarias.
Anetra, finalista de la temporada 15 de RuPaul’s Drag Race, trajo al escenario una mezcla explosiva de carisma, talento y acrobacias —dejando al público boquiabierto y la sala cargada de energía.

Un agradecimiento especial a las Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, quienes apoyaron con la venta de boletos para la rifa y sumaron su chispa característica al evento.
Our Executive Director, Edgar Longoria, took the mic for a stirring speech, reminding the crowd that:
“Immigrants make America stronger. Queer people make America freer. Trans people make America braver.”
He reminded us that celebration isn’t just joy for joy’s sake—it’s an act of resistance and resilience. In the face of adversity, we come together to build something stronger: a community rooted in dignity, joy, and liberation.
Nuestro director ejecutivo, Edgar Longoria, subió al escenario con un discurso emotivo que nos recordó:
“Les inmigrantes hacen a Estados Unidos más fuerte.
Las personas queer hacen a Estados Unidos más libre.
Las personas trans hacen a Estados Unidos más valiente.”
Nos recordó que la celebración no es solo alegría por alegría—es un acto de resistencia y resiliencia.
