Joel Aguirre

Joel es el Navegador de PrEP en Entre Hermanos. Su papel es ayudar a los miembros de la comunidad Latina a accesar a los servicios de salud disponibles con enfoque en personas en alto riesgo de contraer el VIH. También es el conductor del programa de radio “Mucho Gusto” transmitido todos los domingos a las 2 pm por la 99.3 FM. Joel trabaja en EH porque cree que es muy importante involucrarse en la lucha para que se cree un desarrollo social justo donde todos los individuos tengan las mismas oportunidades.

Joel is our PrEP Navigator. His role is to help members of the Latino Community to access available health services with an approach to people at high risk of getting HIV. Additionally, He is the host of the radio program “Mucho Gusto” transmitted every Sunday at 2 pm on 99.3 FM. Joel works at EH because he believes that involving yourself in the struggle is the key to create a socially just world where everyone has the same opportunities.
