This position will be full time, on site at our location, 1621 S Jackson St, suite 202, Seattle WA, 98144. Entre Hermanos follows all applicable federal, state, and local vaccination mandates requiring employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19, unless the individual receives an accommodation for a disability or sincerely held religious belief.

Salary: $24.00 hourly, or $49,920 if annualized, before taxes or deductions.

Benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance, vacation, and sick days, and 11 paid holidays per year.

Bilingual Intake Specialist and Administrative Assistant Duties/Responsibilities

  • Conducts and completes Intake assessments for clients’ services
  • Must be able to use an electronic health record system (our agency uses Provide) to enter required data and complete all necessary services, assessments, and narratives
  • Use available records and interviews to gather information about the client. Coordinate with case management team. Works with Data systems manager to ensure all data elements are complete
  • The ideal candidate will be empathetic, driven, and eager to help
  • Screen potential client inquiries and assist with onboarding new clients
  • Help maintain regular and meaningful communication with clients
  • Provide the highest level of service to our clients
  • Answer, screen, and distribute telephone calls
  • Open, scan, and file incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
  • Manages calendar, including meetings

Education and Experience

  • Telephone experience
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Proficient in organization, time management, and multi-tasking with attention to detail.
  • High School diploma

Relationship with Community and Co-workers:

  • Fosters cooperative working relationships with support staff and direct service staff
  • Contributes to a cooperative working relationship with the Executive Officer, the Care team, Supervisor, and office personnel
