Edgar Longoria

Edgar is a racial equity leader and healing consultant. He approaches this work through a social work lens, centering empathy and compassion. Edgar has a track record of engaging community partnerships and inspiring collaboration, resource sharing, power sourcing, and change. Grounded in LGBTQIA+ identity, Mexican indigenous values, and lived experience, Edgar knows intimately the journey of our Entre Hermanos community. He credits his family’s immigration journey from Los Mochis, Mexico, and their experiences with language, poverty, race, and survival, as his lessons in overcoming systemic and identity discrimination. Edgar aspires to see people thrive in their authentic power – encouraging opportunities to celebrate cultural identity, collective healing, and deepened relationships. He will embrace the great work that Entre Hermanos has already done throughout its impressive history, while strengthening the agency’s mission and impact in the community. Edgar holds an Executive Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Washington and a Certificate in Racial Equity Leadership

Martha está a cargo de la sub-dirección de Entre Hermanos. Martha ha trabajado en Entre Hermanos por más de 10 años. Primero como voluntaria del grupo de Mujeres, después como Medical Case Manager, y como Prevention & Care Program Manager. Su objetivo en Entre Hermanos y en su vida es ayudar, educar, y abogar por las personas afectadas por el VIH, sobre todo las minorías. Martha is the Entre Hermanos' Deputy Director. She as been working with Entre Hermanos for more than 10 years, first as a volunteer, then as a Medical Case Manager and Prevention & Care Program Manager. Her main goal at Entre Hermanos and in her life, is to support, educate, and advocate for the people affected by HIV, especially those from minority communities. 

Robert Foss

Roberto ha trabajado en Entre Hermanos desde 2019. Por muchos años ha trabajado como Abogado de Inmigración, con un enfoque en asilo. Ha pasado toda su carrera trabajando en solidaridad con inmigrantes y los pueblos indígenas. Le encanta estar trabajando con la comunidad LGBTQIA+. Nacido en Montesano, Washington, Roberto ha vivido en Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala y Los Ángeles. Le gusta sembrar papas orgánicas de origen andino en el valle del río Satsop. Robert has worked at Entre Hermanos since 2019. He has worked as an Immigration lawyer for many years, with a focus on asylum. He has spent his entire career working in solidarity with immigrants and indigenous people. He is delighted to be working with people from the LGBTQIA+ community. A native of Montesano, Washington, Robert has lived in Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala and Los Angeles, and enjoys raising organic Andean potatoes on his family farm in the Satsop valley.

Eloy Armendariz (He/Him/El) is some punk from Texas. He began his Nonprofit Development career in Los Angeles, CA. Eloy prides himself in serving the communities he comes from and believes our community has the power and resources to fund and serve itself. When he's not "echandole ganas" at Entre Hermanos, Eloy is at home with his husband and 2 dog-ters.

Alejandra es Trabajadora Social y Profesional de Desorden de uso de Sustancias. Ha tenido experiencia trabajando con otras organizaciones prestando servicios de consejería en desorden de uso de sustancias. Siendo colombiana, siempre ha querido trabajar con la comunidad Latina. La misión de Alejandra en Entre Hermanos es abogar por las personas que viven con VIH y proveer servicios que se ajusten a las necesidades de cada cliente. Alejandra is a Social Worker and Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee. She has had experience working with other organizations as a Substance use disorder Counselor. As a Colombian born, she has always wanted to work with the Latinx community. Alejandra's mission at Entre Hermanos is to advocate for people living with HIV and to provide services that adjust to each individual needs.

  Is a bilingual Medical Case Manager she received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Eastern Washington University. She has spend the last four years working at a private institute with adolescents. She is looking forward to serve the LGBTQ Latinx community of Seattle. On her free time Airely loves hiking with her sister and spending time with her family. Es una Administradora Casos Médicos recibió su licenciatura en psicología de la universidad de Eastern Washington. Los últimos cuatro años a trabajado con adolescentes en una institución privada. Está entusiasmada en servir a la comunidad Latinx LBGTQ de Seattle. En su tiempo libre Airely le encanta ha ser caminatas con su hermana y pasar tiempo con su familia.

Macarena se incorporó a Entre Hermanos en Julio del 2022 como Intake Specialist, ella es originaria de Mexico en donde concluyo una Carrera en Administracion de Empresas y una maestria en Finanzas. Ella se considera una mujer multifacetica siempre dispuesta al cambio y a las cosas nuevas, desde muy pequena se ha sentido involucrada con la comunidad. Ella considera que todos somos uno mismo y que con amor, empatia y comunicacion es posible lograr cosas grandes. A ella le encanta viajar con su familia y pasar rato con sus amigos!   Macarena began working at Entre Hermanos in July 2022 as an Intake Specialist. She is originally from Mexico, where she began her career in Business Administration and a Master's in Finances. She is considered to be a multifaceted woman who is open to change and new things. Since she was young, she has felt involved in the community. She considers everyone as their own person and with love, empathy and communication it is possible to accomplish big things. She loves to go on trips with her family and to spend time with friends!

Es un chileno-estadounidense nacido en Nueva Jersey, Se graduó de la Universidad de Ottawa con una especialidad en psicología y estudios de género en 2020 trabajando con Entre Hermanos desde 2021. Como miembro de la comunidad LGBTQ+, su enfoque ha sido ayudar a las personas más marginadas de la comunidad, en particular en la defensa de los derechos de las personas con discapacidades y los derechos indígenas.   Matthew is a Chilean American born in New Jersey. He graduated from the University of Ottawa with a specialty in psychology and gender studies in 2020 and has been working with Entre Hermanos since July 2021. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, his focus has been helping the most marginalized folks in the community, in particular in the advocacy for disability and indigenous rights.

Kelsey se unió al equipo de Entre Hermanos en 2019 como Abogada Asociada del programa de Inmigración. Se graduó de la Facultad de Derecho en la Universidad de Washington con un enfoque en leyes para beneficiar personas con bajos recursos económicos y espera servir a la Comunidad Latinx LGBTQ de Seattle. Kelsey le gusta practicar artes marciales, meditación y pasar tiempo con su esposa y sus dos conejitos grises. Kelsey joined the Entre Hermanos team in 2019 as an Associate Immigration Staff attorney. She graduated from the University of Washington School of Law with a Concentration in Poverty Law, and is looking forward to serving the LGBTQ Latinx Community of Seattle. She enjoys practicing martial arts, meditation, and spending time with her wife and their two gray bunny rabbits.

Katrina is the newest Legal Staff member 2023 of Entre Hermanos.  She earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A. in International Affairs from the George Washington University.  She was an Immigrant Justice Corps fellow from 2019-2021 where she served immigrant children in Texas.  After that, she spent time at a private law firm representing injured plaintiffs and clerked for the Washington State Court of Appeals.  She is excited to advocate for the LGBTQ Latinx community in Seattle.  In her free time, Katrina performs as a singer songwriter and jazz pianist.   Katrina es la más nueva miembra de Entre Hermanos.  Obtuvo su J.D. de la Facultad de Derecho de Harvard y su B.A. en Relaciones Internacionales de la Universidad George Washington. Fue Becaria del Immigrant Justice Corps de 2019 a 2021, donde atendió a niños inmigrantes en Texas. Después de eso, pasó un tiempo en un bufete de abogados privado que representaba a los demandantes lesionados y fue secretaria del Corte de Apelaciones del Estado de Washington. Está emocionada de abogar por la comunidad latina LGBTQ en Seattle. En su tiempo libre, Katrina actúa como cantautora y pianista de jazz.

Victor se unió a Entre Hermanos en el 2021 como paralegal. Se graduó de la Universidad de Washington con una licenciatura en leyes, economía y políticas públicas. Con una doble especialización en sociedad, ética y comportamiento humano con una especialización en derechos humanos. Elijo estas carreras porque es algo que le gusta poder trabajar con la comunidad y poder retribuir. Le gusta trabajar en la ley de inmigración es algo que le encanta porque siente que está ayudando a los necesitados y retribuyendo a la comunidad. Le gusta pasar tiempo con su familia, viajar, explorar el aire libre, hacer caminatas con sus amigos y su perro.   Victor joined Entre Hermanos in 2021 as a paralegal. He graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor's degree in law, economics, and public policy. With a double major in society, ethics, and human behavior with a minor in human rights. He chose these majors because it is something that he likes being able to work with the community and be able to give back. He enjoys working in immigration law, it is something that he loves because he feels that he is helping those in need and giving back to the community. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, exploring the outdoors, hiking with his family, and dog.

Joel es el Navegador de PrEP en Entre Hermanos. Su papel es ayudar a los miembros de la comunidad Latina a accesar a los servicios de salud disponibles con enfoque en personas en alto riesgo de contraer el VIH. También es el conductor del programa de radio “Mucho Gusto” transmitido todos los domingos a las 2 pm por la 99.3 FM. Joel trabaja en EH porque cree que es muy importante involucrarse en la lucha para que se cree un desarrollo social justo donde todos los individuos tengan las mismas oportunidades. Joel is our PrEP Navigator. His role is to help members of the Latino Community to access available health services with an approach to people at high risk of getting HIV. Additionally, He is the host of the radio program “Mucho Gusto” transmitted every Sunday at 2 pm on 99.3 FM. Joel works at EH because he believes that involving yourself in the struggle is the key to create a socially just world where everyone has the same opportunities.

Carlos Cabezas de Nicaragua Médico y Cirujano, viene de una familia católica de un país golpeado duramente por una dictadura. lo que desde muy joven le inspiro la idea de ayudar a las personas que más necesitan, en la paz y el humanismo además de tener fe en Dios. actualmente es parte de esta gran misión que es Entre Hermanos en el área de prevención de HIV/STI PREVENCION siempre con el deseo de ayudar a nuestro hermanos latinos en donde pueden contar con un amigo más.   Carlos Cabezas from Nicaragua Doctor and surgeon, he comes from a Catholic family in a country hit hard by a dictatorship. That which From a very young age he was inspired by the idea of helping people who need it most, in peace and humanism as well as having faith in God. He is currently part of this great mission that is Entre Hermanos in the area of prevention of HIV / STI PREVENTION always with the desire to help our Latino brothers where they can count on one more friend.

Atasha Manila is a proud transgender immigrant from the Philippines and Seattle has become her home for 20 years. For almost a decade, Atasha has been one of the sought after drag queen entertainers in the city, and known for her weekly one woman show at Inay's Filipino Cuisine and at Baja Bistro in Beacon Hill. In her spare time, she loves to give back to the community by hosting or performing at fundraising events for the LGBTQIA+ community especially for Entre Hermanos. Atasha is a proud Pride ASIA Ambassador and Miss U.T.O.P.I.A. (United Territories of Pacific Islander Alliance) Washington State 2012.
